Your Rights and Responsibilities

1. General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "Player") and td77 ("td77", "we", "us", "our", "the Operator") governing your use of the td77 online gaming platform accessible at td77.cam and all associated services, features, games, and content therein.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account with td77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

1. You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
2. You must be at least 21 years of age. td77 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all account holders. Registration by any person under 21 is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
4. You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gaming is prohibited by applicable law, where access to td77 is specifically restricted, or where participation would violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
5. You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of td77, or an immediate family member or household member of any such person.
6. You must not be a self-excluded player who has requested exclusion from td77 or from gaming platforms generally through any self-exclusion scheme.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your real name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address where applicable. td77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held.

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) td77 account. The creation of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or permanent closure of all accounts held by that User, along with forfeiture of any balances therein.

3. Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your td77 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) delivered to your registered mobile number. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

td77 will never contact you by telephone, SMS, or any other means to request your password or OTP. Any person claiming to represent td77 and requesting your login credentials should be treated as an attempted fraud and reported immediately.

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your td77 account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must notify td77 immediately.

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting td77 support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance in your PKR wallet (subject to applicable wagering requirements and verification checks) will be processed for withdrawal to your last verified payment method. Account closure does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to closure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the td77 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). td77 does not charge currency conversion fees on PKR-denominated transactions.

Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that you own and have previously used to deposit funds into your td77 account. td77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. All withdrawals are subject to satisfactory identity verification.

td77 reserves the right to delay processing any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, td77 may request additional verification documentation before processing the withdrawal.

Deposits made to a td77 account must be used for the purpose of gaming on the platform. td77 is not a banking institution and does not accept deposits for any purpose other than funding gaming activity on the platform.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming activities on td77 are subject to the specific game or market rules displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of that game or market.

Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the td77 system, it is final and cannot be amended, cancelled, or withdrawn by the User. td77 reserves the right to void any bet or gaming transaction where:

• There has been a manifest error in the displayed odds, payouts, or game configuration;
• Technical failure has materially affected the conduct of the game or the determination of its outcome;
• The bet was placed in breach of any applicable rule, restriction, or limitation;
• There is evidence of collusion, match-fixing, manipulation, or fraudulent activity.

All live casino games on td77 are conducted by certified live dealers in professionally equipped studios subject to independent audit. All slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG). td77 does not manipulate game outcomes and all Return to Player (RTP) figures are published transparently within each game's information panel.

Cricket betting markets, including PSL and international fixtures, are subject to event-specific trading rules. Markets may be suspended, voided, or settled in accordance with official match results as recognised by the relevant governing body. In the case of abandoned or interrupted events, td77 will apply the settlement rules specified within the relevant market's terms.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

td77 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to its members from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each offer, which will be published at the time the offer is made available.

The following general conditions apply to all td77 bonuses unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any given time, unless expressly permitted by the specific bonus terms;

7. Responsible Gaming

td77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming as a core operational principle. The platform enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years for all account holders and provides a comprehensive suite of tools to support players who wish to manage their gaming activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all td77 account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps configurable by the User;
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds over defined time periods;

Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt and remain active for the period specified by the User, with a minimum exclusion period of six months. 8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the td77 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

2. Opening, operating, or controlling more than one td77 account;
3. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, verification, or at any other time;
4. Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or abuse any game, betting market, bonus system, or promotional offer;
5. Using any automated system, bot, script, or software to interact with the td77 platform in an unauthorised manner;
6. Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or fraudulent wagering activity;
7. Conducting any money laundering activity through td77 accounts or transactions;
8. Attempting to access the td77 platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited;
9. Harassing, abusing, or threatening td77 staff, support personnel, or other players;
10. Attempting to reverse engineer, circumvent, or compromise td77's security systems, software, or technology.

td77 reserves the right to take immediate action against any User found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, including suspension, account closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the td77 platform — including but not limited to software, code, graphics, artwork, text, game designs, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and domain names — is the exclusive property of td77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the td77 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any td77 content without express prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, td77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the td77 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming winnings or profits;
• Loss of data or account information;
• Platform downtime, interruption, or technical failure;

td77's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 12-month period immediately preceding the relevant event.

11. Privacy & Data

12. Amendments to These Terms

td77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason. Where changes are material, td77 will provide reasonable notice to registered members via the platform, email, or SMS notification to the registered mobile number prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the td77 platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to cease using the platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 3 of these Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which td77 holds its operating licence.
